The Madison County Board of Adjustment was appointed by the County Commissioners to direct and function as the quasi-judicial board for the county with regard to land use related issues. The Board of Adjustment oversees conditional use hearings, communication towers, and ordinance issues. They also handle appeals from the Zoning Enforcement Officer.

2008 Board of Adjustment Meeting Schedule
The Board of Adjustment shall meet on the 3rd Monday of each month. Meetings are in the County Courthouse in Marshall at 7:00 PM unless otherwise noted and published. Meetings are subject to change if scheduling
problems occur.
Applications need to be filed at the Madison County Inspections office at least one month in advance of the meeting.
