Records Information is provided below: Birth
Certificates - Assists in the preparation of birth
certificates. Death Certificates - Assists in
the preparation of death certificates. DHHS
1660 - Affidavits of Parentage for children born out of
wedlock. Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

No charge for Vital Records services.
However, certified copies of Birth & Death Certificates can be
obtained through the Registrar of Deeds office for a fee.
